I'm a Ph.D. student currently slaving away on my dissertation. When I'm not writing academic pieces I'm tinkering away on some trashy fiction that I hope will someday make me ludicrously wealthy. Then I can retire to my own private island and churn out a book a year while living in the lap of luxury. Okay, perhaps that's a far fetched fantasy, but a girl can dream you know!

Thanks! Well, in pictures my hair looks a lot darker. In the sun I look more blonde. But yeah, I'm back into that very dirty blonde light brunette territory once again.
